Glass23

From quote to completion, very happy with service from Roadrunner Glass. Had great suggestions for potential savings and a quality install. Were friendly and professional. Would definitely work with them again!

Incredible experience! Will forever use Glass 23 and refer everyone in the Treasure Valley for all glass needs. Amazing pricing, quality and overall customer satisfaction. These guys do an amazing job all with smiles and overall joy! Thank you so much.

Glass23 did a great job on my shower door install. Very easy to work with and communicated with me very well. They are responsive and professional.

Glass 23 Will forever me my go to shower door guys! I have used them on multiple of my bathroom remodels and their quality is top-tier only second to their affordable pricing. Both times they came in with an incredibly professional attitude and made my customers feel safe and comfortable while doing their work. They were extremely efficient and the end product left everyone happy! These guys are amazing at what they do.

Great service....they understand glass and how to do business.

Called for a bid on door replacement and unfortunately what we needed wasn’t what they do. That said, they came out and removed our broken door free of charge and cleaned up the tile. When we are ready for a remodel, will be using them!

Glass 23 is wonderful to work with. Joe was responsive from the first interaction. Their prices were great. Lower than the competition because they are small and have lower overhead. When they took our order they said it would be around 3 weeks for materials to arrive. We were installed in 2 weeks and 6 days from placing the order. We're still under construction for the rest of the bathroom. So I'll post a picture when we're complete, but here is the just installed picture while the rest of the room is a moving target. Would highly recommend Glass 23.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I work as a remodeler in 2 states and these guys are everything you could hope for. They were the only compnay that was willing to order the brass color hardware that we needed to complete our farmhouse restoration. They made sure that the products they installed worked and that we were totally satisfied. I wouldn't work with anyone else going forward.

Joe and his team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Some things I really appreciated were: Prompt communication, showing up on time, removing shoes before entering home, laying down protection for our flooring, not leaving a mess, perfect install, and his professionalism to name a few. When service like this is provided without even having to ask you know you’ve hired the right company. Joe took his time explaining all of my options when ordering and was patient with all my questions and concerns. When it came to install he made sure the gaps in the glass were even and minimal. Joe even wore gloves when handling the chrome hardware to prevent fingerprints and scratches. It’s so hard to find craftsmanship at this caliber in Idaho. During our bathroom renovation this year we were burned by many other local contractors and installers, but not with Glass-23! Highly recommend these guys for any of your glass needs!

When I was shopping around, they were the first to respond, and there prices were very reasonable. When I decided to use them, they got the order in right away and as soon as the glass was ready they had it scheduled and installed in just a couple days. They came when they said and there was no trace of them being there, except a beautiful glass door. Just want to say thank, would highly recommend them.

These guys are off the charts the best people I have ever worked with highly recommend plus their prices are way less for the same exact glass from Atkinsons and all other local glass companies trust me I did my homework and they are local. We paid extra for thd glass shield still cheaper again than any other's. We had 2 walk in showers done and will use them again next year on another bathroom remodel. Joe you are the best. Thank you so much. Beyond pleased

We are so happy with our walk-in shower glass!! They were hundreds of dollars less than the other three bids that we received. We paid a little extra for the enduro shield and extra clear Starphire glass (still lower than the other quotes for the same thing), and are so glad we did. It is so clear, with a blue edge instead of the typical green. We received or glass 2 weeks sooner than expected, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Joe is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. The glass looks so good too, we couldn’t be happier. After a lot of work building an amazing shower Joe’s glass is the only way to go to make it complete.

I ordered some glass from Joe and he got it to me quickly after confirming the measurements with me. He was fantastic to work with and the glass was beautiful and fit perfectly! I highly recommend Joe for all your glass needs.

We looked around at the other glass door companies in Boise and wasn't impressed with any of them. One long-standing glass company actually seemed like we were bothering them when we visited their store so we promptly left; then we found Glass-23. Joe was awesome to work with, he showed us all of the options we had for our glass door, explained everything and did a great job installing it. The final product looks amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glass-23 to anyone needing a shower door.

These guys are real experts and did a great job for me. I’ll hire them again if the need arises.

We love our new frame less glass shower in our master bathroom. Glass 23 was so easy to work with and worked with us on changes in our schedules. He works very clean and is mitculous about his work! We are pleased!

My bathroom remodel came out perfectly - the highlight being my sweet new shower and mirrors.
